Thank you for choosing Layer Smith 3D. By placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Order Processing & Payment
   • • All orders must be paid in full before processing begins.
     • Prices listed are in USD and subject to change without notice.
     • We accept all major credit cards.
2. Cancellations & Modifications
   • • Orders can only be changed or canceled before production begins.
     • For in-stock items, if tracking hasn’t been provided, we’ll try to cancel the order. Once the package is with UPS, FedEx, USPS, or other carriers, the order is considered final.
3. Shipping & Delivery
   • • Orders typically ship within 1 business day (excluding Sundays and holidays).
     • Shipping costs and delivery times are calculated at checkout.
     • Layer Smith 3D is not responsible for carrier delays or unforeseen circumstances.
4. Intellectual Property & Usage
   • • All 3D designs and models from Layer Smith 3D are for personal use only unless otherwise stated.
     • Reproduction, resale, or commercial use of our products is prohibited without permission.
5. Limitation of Liability
   • • Layer Smith 3D products may contain small parts and are not intended for children under 5 years of age.
     • We are not liable for injuries, damages, or harm resulting from misuse, modification, or unsupervised use of our products.
     • Customers are responsible for ensuring that products are used safely and appropriately.
     • Layer Smith 3D is not liable for any incidental, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.
     • We are not responsible for errors in designs provided by customers or third parties.
6. Changes to Terms
   • • We may update or modify these Terms of Purchase at any time.
     • Any changes will be posted here and apply to future orders.
