FAQ

What material are your products made from?

Most items are printed in PLA (a corn-based plastic) or PETG, which are safe and non-toxic. These are commonly used for toys, fidgets, and miniatures.

Are your prints safe for kids?

While the materials are safe, many items contain small parts and are not recommended for children under 4 years old due to choking hazards. Always supervise young children during use.

Can I use your products outdoors or in water?

Our prints are not weatherproof or UV-resistant, and PLA in particular may warp in heat. We recommend indoor use and keeping items dry for best longevity.

Why does my item have visible lines or slight imperfections?

Each product is 3D printed in-house, which means you may see small layer lines, seams, or color variations. These are normal and part of the handmade charm of small-batch 3D printing.

What’s the deal with the free clownfish, bat, dog?

Glad you asked! Sometimes we include a bonus print (like a clownfish) that has a minor defect. If it arrives in pieces, feel free to glue it back together with standard super glue. Think of it as a fun little fixer-upper!

Do you take custom requests?

Yes! We love custom projects. Whether you’re looking for a personalized fidget, a branded toy, or a unique model, reach out via our contact page and we’ll see what we can do.

What should I do if my item breaks?

If a product arrives broken or breaks quickly during normal use, contact us! We may offer a free replacement or discounted reprint, depending on the situation.
