1. Variety Packs & Bundles
   • • All sales of variety packs and bundles are final and non-refundable.
     • This ensures fairness and helps maintain the integrity of our bundle offerings.
2. Custom Orders
   • • Personalized or custom-designed products cannot be returned or refunded.
3. Standard Items
   • • Non-customized items may be returned within 14 days of delivery.
     • Items must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging.
     • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
4. Damaged or Defective Items
   • • If you receive a damaged or defective product, contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.
     • We will review the case and offer a replacement or refund as appropriate.
5. How to Start a Return
   1. • Contact Us with your order number and photos (if applicable).
      • Once approved, we’ll provide instructions for returning the item.
